LET'S TALK FITNESS AND WEIGHT LOSS!

Ok ladies... Let's face it: summer is upon us and we do not look our best, am I right?
No worries, we still got plenty of time to make our bodies healthier and prettier!

The Lazy Fitness
there are many fitness exercises that you can do, but there is one favorite for me: the so calledLazy Fitness (http://violetsageblog.com/tag/lazy-girl-fitness/).

Why I love these exercises? Because they are so simple, and they take no extra time for exercising!
You don't believe me? I am dead serious. 
How is that possible? Well, the secret is that you do them while you are doing your chores.

Exercise to end "Lower belly pouch"

So what causes that little bulge in the lower belly?
Is it something they ate hanging around in their digestive system?  Maybe.  Grains, even whole grains, can bind up in your intestines and cause bloating.  (More on that here:  Beat The Belly Bulge)



But if your diet is on point, you’re lean, you’re working hard… What can cause the pooch?
Simple: tight hip flexors.


The muscles that cross the front of your hips can get really tight and pull you into what we exercise science types call an “anterior pelvic tilt.”
